Frequently Asked Corporate Event Questions
1) What is your band attire for a formal or informal event?
What ever your theme requires -Business Casual to Tuxedo
2) How early do you come and set up the equipment?
We arrive 2 hours before the guests arrive. We will have background music playing upon your guests arrival
3) How many outlets do you need?
2 or 3 household type circuits will run our entire show Sound sytem , Dance Floor & Stage lighting
4) If we want instrumental dinner or cocktail hour music, do you provide, or do you play recorded?
Live light jazz is an option we offer by quote only
5) What if we have a multicultural guest list?
We play a wide variety of genres, generations and all of our music is designed to be non offensive to any audience. We are very sucsessful at Public Concerts in our travels with Families made up of many different cultures.
6) Will the band help pull off inside jokes?
If it's legal we're in!
7) How do you choose the songs to be played?
Once we know the demographic of your guests we can create a perfect playlist to keep the dancefloor in full operation all night!
8) Re; the music on breaks, can we request that the band have recordings of types of songs that you do not play live?
Yes, we carry a large library of Cd's & 2 loaded ipods you are welcome to supply your own mix as well.
We are equiped with a built in full DJ system.
9) We have a lot of speeches can your engineer accomodate so that everyone can hear?
Absolutely, We can supply a top quality hand held or mounted microphone for your use through our state of the art sound system
10) Are you willing to make other announcements, such as the shuttle bus is leaving or when the bar closes?
Yes we take care of all announcements
11) How much is the deposit?
Our security deposit varies for corporate engagements please call or email for quote
12) When is the balance due?
The evening of the event payable in cash or Corporate/Company Check please.
13) Do you require a meal?
Due to the extremely long hours some events present-customarily we are fed -6 members & 2 crew. (Does not have to be what your guests are being served -a pizza & salad or alternate works fine no special dietary needs)
14) Do you have back up musicians in the event one of you gets sick?
We do have a number of backups however we have never cancelled a job in the 20 years we have been a band.
15) What is your schedule-when do you start, when do you end, how long are sets, how long are breaks?
Typical set is 1 hour -Our breaks 15-20 minutes. Obviously we work with your time table & at your direction.
16) Do you take requests from guests?
If we know the song yes if we don't we actively DJ it on our breaks
17) Will my guests be able to talk at the tables when the band is playing without screaming?
Our sound system is of the highest quality possible it allows Trilogy to keep the dance floor "Hot" yet be at a comfortable volume at the tables for even the eldest of guests. We pride ourselves in entertaining everyone and know how to keep your guests engaged.
17) How do I know if you are a reputable group?
We are members of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating & are an established business (most bands can't claim this) We can put you in touch with past Brides & Grooms to ask questions yourself. We stand on our reputation as a quality vendor for 20 years!
