MICHIGAN

All engagements booked in zones 1-3 will require overnight lodging for 6, travel expenses and per diem daily.* **
All evening engagements in zones 4-6 will require expenses, meals and possible lodging for 6. (on a case by case basis)*
All engagements in zones 7 & 8 will require meals. Zone 9 usually Flat Rate (on a case by case basis)

OHIO

All engagements in zones 4-11 will require overnight lodging for 6, travel expenses and per diem daily.* **
All engagements in zones 1-3 will require meals and possible lodging for 6. (on a case by case basis)*
All engagements in zone 12 or the Lake Erie Islands will require overnight lodging for 6 & travel expenses (on a case by case basis).

INDIANA

All engagements in Laporte, Crawford, Seymour, Greenfield & Vincennes will require overnight lodging for 6, travel expenses and per diem daily.*                                                                                                             
All engagements in Fort Wayne will require meals and possible lodging for 6. (on a case by case basis)**
